Final Sale & Exceptions
Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final once the product has been crafted and shipped.
Please review all product details, descriptions, dimensions, colors, and photos carefully before completing your purchase. Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of each piece, making every item one of a kind.
Damaged or Defective Items
Each order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it leaves our studio. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us review the issue, please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping box.
Resolution for Damaged Items
If the damage or defect is verified, we will offer an appropriate solution depending on the situation. This may include:
A Replacement: We may craft and ship a new identical or similar piece to replace the damaged item.
A Refund: If a replacement is not possible or not preferred, we may issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
